2. **Wallet Credits:** Refunds for wallet credits are subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds will not be provided for consumed or utilized credits.
- Refunds are available for the remaining, unutilized wallet credits within three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase.
3. **Exclusions:** Refunds will not be granted for:
- Services where the refund request is made after the 3-day refund window has expired.
- Credits that have been consumed or services fully rendered.
- Any promotional or free credits provided as part of a campaign.
To request a refund, customers are required to follow the steps below:

2. Provide the following details:
- Full name and contact information
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order ID)

- For wallet credits, provide details of the unutilized credit balance

4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the approval date and will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund requests will only be approved if the following conditions are met:
